octette

i am in iowa. i got here pretty early — way earlier than i expected. i got lost trying to find my hotel, and i stopped at a gas station to ask for directions. next door to the gas station was this sign. it says:

Bob’s your uncle
a pizza cafe

hahahahahaha.

i ordered from a place called “pizza pit” though, because bob’s your uncle does not deliver, and i didn’t want to get back in the car once i’d found the hotel.

the man in the gas station told me the hotel was at the third stoplight, on the left, but it was at the second stoplight, on the right.
