this is the blue heron yarn that i bought to make a wedding gift for lisa. (it’s a clapotis, of course!) i started it a couple of months ago, before i went off on my epic trip around the country in november, and then i ripped it out and started it again this morning.
today i did not pack at all. i knit on this, i knit on the sweater i am making, i watched stargate sg-1, and i did a bunch of google/delicious/livejournal searches for media about gabe saporta. he is tied with callum keith rennie for being my favorite.
supper tonight at some diner on grand with a bunch of people. the french toast was, like, deep fried. delicious.
