my dad is leaving new jersey tomorrow morning, and he’ll be here wednesday afternoon. i am not sure what to do about knitting night, but i’ll probably end up bringing him to supper afterward.
even though i have the heat up to 70, i am freezing. this is a change from when the heat was down to 60 all last week and i was sweating. the change is not a nice one. i don’t have any socks, but i’ve been wearing slippers, my hooded sweatshirt, a scarf. i can’t get warm, not even in a hot shower. it’s fantastic. (that’s sarcasm.)
i threw a lot of trash over the balcony tonight and then took it to the dumpster. it was a lot of fun. i actually meant to take a picture of all the trash on the ground outside, but i forgot in my haste to actually put it all in a dumpster.
