when i first started going back to yoga at laughing lotus a couple of years ago, i wanted a bottle of water but they didn’t sell bottled water, only sigg water bottles that could be refilled from their cooler. i thought that was awesome and bought a gorgeous purple/gold bottle that i’ve been drinking from ever since. except it was one of the things that got lost in the move, and i was thoroughly upset at losing it. then shira came to the rescue and bought me a new sigg bottle in the same color purple (although it doesn’t have the gold on it). i try to drink an entire bottleful of water every day, but sometimes that doesn’t work.
